Rules and Regulations cum Declaration
- I hereby declare that I will not arrange any catering in and surrounding hall premises.
- For any publicity/printing/advertisement purpose of the programme booked in the Ravindra Bhavan, Sankhali the exact name of the accommodation will be used.
- It is also agreed that I will not use any pasting materials or nailing the premises.
- I will abide all rules and regulations of the complex.
- In case of any breach of any rule is made; I shall be liable to pay damage or any other action by the management in addition to forfeiting my security deposit.
- In case if booking is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances like power failure/shut down etc. or if the stage/theatre is required for repairs/maintenance work or for any other purpose by Ravindra Bhavan, Sankhali. I shall not put up any claim for compensation.
- I hereby undertake to strictly comply with the conditions towards observance of Copyright Act as contained in the Office Memorandum issued under F.N. 4-1/98-IC (pt) by the Ministry of Human Resources Development, Department of Higher Education, Copyright Division, New Delhi dtd. 15 Nov. 2006 and take the responsibility solely to adhere to the conditions contained therein shall be fully responsible for any violations thereto.
- I am fully aware about the facilities and services available in the Ravindra Bhavan, Sankhali. I shall make my own arrangements for any additional services/facilities if required with prior permission of Ravindra Bhavan, Sankhali. I shall not take any public announcement against the institution before during or after the show on non-availability of any such services/facilities.
- I hereby undertake to maintain proper gate control and prevent eatables and beverages in the Auditorium; failure to same shall be liable for forfeiture of security deposit.
- I agree to restrict the strength of the occupants to the seating capacity of Ravindra Bhavan, Sankhali to avoid overcrowding/stampede.
- It will be printed on the ticket/invitations that NO EATABLES/BEVERAGES ARE ALLOWED IN THE HALL.
- Smoking and consumption of alcoholic drinks in the premises of Ravindra Bhavan, Sankhali is strictly prohibited.
- Security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after the programme on receipt of written application.
- In case of programmes performed in association with your institution, the name of Ravindra Bhavan, Sankhali will be given proper publicity on Posters, Banners etc. else I will be liable to pay the full amount and will not claim for concessional rate.
- Use of fire works performance, electrical crackers, party bombs, glitters, powder will be strictly prohibited inside the auditorium. Such type of activity can hamper the public as also equipment such as lights, sound etc.
- No interference may be made to sound operator during the happening of the programme.
